Director Division of Water Quality _ March 5, 2007 DWQ Project # 06-0930, Ver. 2 New Hanover County CERTIFIED MAIL: RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED Mr. Raiford Trask Autumn Hall, Inc. 1202 Eastwood Road Wilmington, NC 28403 Subject Property: Autumn Hall Town Center Ut to Bradley Creek [030624, 18-87-24-4-(2), SC] REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION Dear Mr. Trask: On February 19, 2007, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated February 14, 2007, to fill or otherwise impact 0.136 acres of 404/wetland and 301 linear feet of perennial stream impacts (147 linear feet permanent stream impacts, 1541inear feet temporary stream impacts), to construct the proposed mixed use development. On February 27, 2007, the DWQ received additional information from you, however, the DWQ has determined that your application remains incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require five copies of the additional information requested in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. This project has been placed on hold until the following criteria has been meet. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: The application fee is required because over 150 feet of stream impacts were requested. Please provide $475. This fee must be received before your application can be reviewed. 2. Please submit electronic CAD files showing permanent perennial stream impacts of 147 linear feet via email to ian.mcmillan@ncmail.net and on CD. Please contact the DWQ within three weeks of the date of this letter to verify that you have received this letter and that you remain interested in continuing to pursue permitting of your project and will be providing the DWQ the requested information at a later date. Please contact me in writing and Noelle Lutheran of the DWQ Wilmington Regional Office.
