The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on October
13, 2019. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement
for the two lagoons at Gerald Hollamon Farm facility. Due to the amounts of treatment volume
available, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31, 2022 for
the two lagoons.
The next sludge survey for the lagoons at Gerald Hollamon Farm should be performed before
December 31, 2022. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for reference.
