Gary,
You are correct. The stormwater pond/system will pick up the water that is currently coming through the ditch and
discharge the water to the existing farm ditch downstream. The farm ditches upstream have been piped to drain
through the stormwater ponds. The hydrology in the ditch downstream of the Phase 16 pond outfall should not be
affected and will still have flow in it.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions,

Mr. Heter,
I'm reviewing the NWP 46 for the Bennett Tract at the Farm in Brunswick
USACE ID: SAW-2011-02079
I need additional information on filling of the Jurisdictional Open Water Ditch.
If I read the comments correctly, the stormwater pond/system will pick up the water that is currently coming through
the ditch?
-How will this affect the portion of RPW that will not be impacted? Will it still have hydrology and flow in it?
-How will this project affect hydrology in the ditch system upstream and downstream?
Thanks for your assistance,
Respectfully,
Gary
