Thank you for your prompt response to our February 15, 2007 Pre-Construction Notification. In
response to your request for additional information, I have coordinated with Mr. Ian McMillan,
and offer the responses below (DWQ questions are in bold).
Please note that, due to site and time constraints, we are primarily interested in authorization to
impact the 0.17 acre on site wetland. We understand that the DWQ will eventually need to
review a stormwater management plan and that the proposed wetland impacts or occupation of
on site facilities may not occur until the stormwater management plan is approved. In my
discussions with Mr. McMillan, I understand that these conditions will be so-stated in the Water
Quality Certification.
1. Please show all wetland impacts including fill slopes on the site plan.
Five revised site plan sheets are included with the approved wetland line depicted. The
entire wetland is proposed for impact, so no fill slopes are provided.
2. Please locate all isolated ornon-isolated wetlands, streams and other waters of the
State as overlays on the site plan.
There are no other wetlands, streams or other waters of the State on the property.
3. Please locate any planned sewer lines on the site plan.
As discussed, we will be tying into existing City of Sanford sewer. However, the on site
configuration of sewer lines has not been determined yet. It is understood that this
information will be necessary as part of the DWQ review process involving stormwater

management and sewage disposal and will be made a condition in the issuance of the
Water Quality Certification.
4. Please provide the location of any proposed stormwater management practices as
required by GC3402.
A stormwater pond has been located along the southern property line. However, the exact
final location and size of this feature has not been determined. It is understood that this
information will be necessary as part of the DWQ review process involving stormwater
and sewage disposal and will be made a condition in the issuance of the Water Quality
Certification.
5. Please provide detail for the stormwater management practices as required by
GC3402.
At this time we have not finalized our stormwater management plan. It is understood that

6. Please indicate all stormwater outfalls on the site plan.
