Additional signs and markers need to be added, with photo documentation provided. On October 16, 2019, the boundaries with insufficient boundary markers and placards were marked with t-posts and easement placards. Photos are on Page 2. 2. Minor Encroachment along Arrington Bridge Rd was observed and is noted on the attached map. Additional signs and markers are necessary along the road. Mowing was observed within the fence -line along the Phase I Expansion site. The encroachment area was between 5-10' and impacted 1 row of planted trees. a. Placards need to be added to the interior of fence posts, as currently they are located only on the exterior side of the fence posts. b. Add additional fence posts and signage at location near the road where entrance into the easement is currently accessible. See map attached. Conservation easement placards were installed along the entire easement boundary on May 30, 2019. Photos are on Page 2. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
