Ms. Merritt,
In response to your email dated October 11, 2019, regarding the areas that needed additional

The map attached to this email shows where insufficient boundary markers and placards

On October 16, 2019, the boundaries with insufficient boundary markers and placards
were marked with t-posts and easement placards. Photos are on Page 2.
3. Mowing was observed within the fence -line along the Phase I Expansion site. The
encroachment area was between 5-10' and impacted 1 row of planted trees.
a. Placards need to be added to the interior of fence posts, as currently they are
located only on the exterior side of the fence posts.
b. Add additional fence posts and signage at location near the road where entrance
into the easement is currently accessible. See map attached.
Conservation easement placards were installed along the entire easement boundary on
May 30, 2019. Photos are on Page 2.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
Thank you,
