The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until the following items are addressed: 1. Section F.2c indicates that the project does not have a stormwater management plan (SMP) reviewed and approved under a local government stormwater program. Macon County has a state -approved local government stormwater program for water supply watersheds. Please confirm that Macon will not be reviewing and approving the stormwater management plan. [15A NCAC 02H .0506 (b)(5)] 2. Please provide stream culvert cross-section details showing the provisions for aquatic life passage as required in Condition 11.11 of General Water Quality Certification 4139 (attached). Please confirm that invert elevations noted on the plan sheets for stream culvert inlet and outlets will meet the noted condition. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(2)] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned.
