Inspection Summary
On October 17, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance and to determine what progress has been made in response
to the previously issued NOD. I met with Pat Boone on site and discussed permitting requirements. the permittee is directed
to immediately begin efforts to meet all requirements outlined in the Notice of Deficiency.
Additionally, it was observed on site that the potential for additional outfalls and process water treatment practices may be
need on site. The permittee is directed to evaluate these areas and create the SWPPP accordingly.
This facility will be re -inspected on or after December 11, 2019. If the above items have not been addressed, further action
will be taken.
