Thanks for the response. So if I understand correctly, another E&SC plan approval will be issued with the acreage. If it
is easier, you can send an email that references the
E&SC approval letter date (4/17/2019)
Project ID number (LDP19-0025) and
Acres allowed to be disturbed (14.2 acres)
I can include the email with the application package. It is preferred to have all information in E&SC approval, but if you
would rather use confirmation email with necessary information that will be acceptable in this case. Thx.

I believe this COA was issued prior to the template change that now incorporates the disturbed area. I believe
you will need to reissue it accordingly.
To others copied, please be advised that we are now utilizing a new Land Management Central Permitting
System (LMCPS) based on EnerGov software. Many permit documents/approval letters, etc. are programmed
into the system. The attached COA is one of those. We have been working out the LMCPS bugs since going
live February 13, 2019. 1 believe that the attached Erosion Control Plan Approval Letter was issued prior to the
template being changed to incorporate the permitted disturbed area that NCDEQ requires, as part of their
eNOl process.
Steve Kaltenbach is the Erosion Control Officer assigned to this project. He is working today but currently in
the field. I am certain he will address this matter soon upon his return.

I think we just need a version of the approval letter that actually lists the disturbed area on it. The approved FDP plans
have a disturbed area of 14.20 acres and I attached the erosion control portion of those plans as context. If you have any
