This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0018708. The winter overseed has not been drilled in, to date. Nutrient removal practices are not taking place. The grass is being cut but not removed from the site. Spray flow is not being evenly distributed over the spray field. Influent flow constantly exceeds permitted flow. A spill at the influent works of the facility was not properly cleaned up and/or reported. Equipment failure was not reported as required. Most of the spray heads were broken off and missing from the spray field site. The permittee has failed to sign the permittee certification protion of the August 2019 monthly report. The ORC has failed to sign the ORC certification portion of the August 2019 monthly report.
