The Corps of Engineers Public Notice for the proposed Folly Swamp Mitigation Bank ended on the 23rd of September.
During the PN period the Corps did not receive any comments on the project from the public. If you have any comments
you would like to provide please send them to me over the next couple of weeks. After that I will be providing the
sponsor with an initial evaluation letter to move forward to the next phase. Please let me know if you have any
questions.
