The week of September 5, 2019 you should have received the Draft Mitigation Plan for the Puncheon Fork Stream and
Wetland Mitigation Project (SAW-2018-00094) as part of the RES French Broad 05 Umbrella Mitigation Bank, dated
August 2019. With this email, we are initiating the NCIRT review of these documents as outlined in Section 332.8(d)(6) of
the Mitigation Rule. Please provide any comments/concerns you have back to me by Friday, November 22, 2019. If you
have not received the document please let me know and I will have a copy mailed to you ASAP. If you have any other
