The Draft Mitigation Plan for the Upper Rocky Umbrella Bank, dated September 12, 2019, is now available to view on
RIBITS. It can be found by going to the Banks & ILF Sites tab, Upper Rocky Mitigation Site, in the cyber repository. Please
provide any comments/concerns you have by November 16, 2019. If you would like a hard copy of the document please
let me know and I will have a copy mailed to you.
