Evidently, the inlet protection of a stormwater drain pipe (the corrugated metal pipe in the photos) was overwhelmed (see 3rd photo in 15Y attachment) and sediment was lost into a small creek. The sediment has been removed. Please call me if you have any questions. The inlet protection has been installed and beef up. I apologize there are no pictures to show of that. I can certainly get them if absolutely a necessary. I believe Mr. Gibbs wanted us running all of these items through you versus the resident's ofice calling DEQ directly as we have done in the past. Please let me know if there are any questions or further information needed. Thanks W.
