Comment: I met with DOT staff and the Corps to review the project and meet on -site about a field modification related
to riprap at Site 3. All permit sites were not complete as the project was still under construction. What
portions that had been built were compliant. A portion (38 ft) of the temporary
rip rap along the stream
bank under the bridge near the sewer line was to be converted to permanent.
This was allowed to protect
the sewer line.
