Thanks to you, Jordan, Kat and all other DOT staff for assisting the Corps and myself with reviewing the above
projects. Overall, the projects appeared to be in good shape and in compliance. Erosion control measures appeared to
be in good shape and stormwater discharge outfalls were well maintained.

B-5152 Lasater Road, Sites 1 - 4 were reviewed and while the project is still under construction, what work has been
completed thus far, regarding each permit site, has been completed satisfactorily. Stream protection practices taken
while working with wet concrete on the bridge were indeed notable (picture attached).

I-0911A Sites 2, 4, 5 and 8 (bridge causeways) were reviewed. The only concern Jordan and I discussed was the slope
area upstream of Site 2 north of the interstate (pictures attached) . At the outlet, some turbidity was noted downstream
of the outlet of which was related to the previous evening’s storm event. Jordan stated he would focus work towards
toe and slope protection and areas upstream of the outlet at Site 2 as soon as possible. We appreciate all you can do to
expedite that work.
