1. Attach a vicinity map (i.e. street map) clearly showing the location of the property with
respect to local landmarks such as towns, rivers, and roads.

of some sort- a yard stick, shovel handle, etc.)

(residential, undeveloped, etc.): residential- undeveloped lot adjacent to owner's home lot

8. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been
avoided, or why it is necessary): The bank at shoreline is very steep- essentially a
vertical drop with areas concaved that continues to erode. Stabilization is essential. We
propose a treated wood seawall with riprap at base to match up to existing seawall on
owner's adjacent property. And would like to terrace remaining bank up to a manageable
distance for access to water and dock and to simply walk on the property- using Pavestone

edge of target level.

square feet or acres: terracing and retaining walls as needed through 50' land -ward and
necessary clearing of underbrush and small trees as well as trees hanging out over water or
subject to falling into water from erosion, especially near dock
