I'm sending you a permit through courier. The applicant dropped all his copies off here. It's been hard to get
him to even apply so even tho it may be missing a few things, I've been to the site and have all the info I need to
issue a permit. If there's something you need to officially accept it, will you call me so I can try to get it from
him. I think if he only deals with one person it'd be better.
