Inspection Summary:
This facility is in the process of converting from an NCG08 general permit to an NCG06 permit. Once the NCG06 permit has
been approved the rescission of the NCG08 will be finalized and the facility will need to follow the sample requirements for
the NCG06 general permit. The (1)outfall was not located during the inspection and will need to be located and clearly shown
on the map with a detailed route and directions to the outfall location.
We recommend that the feasibility study includes any upgrades and improvements to the facility that benefit the stormwater.
Outline the facility property line on the site map
Add a list of significant spills in the SP3 even if there are none, for each year
Implement the yearly illicit discharge evaluation
