As a follow-up to our phone conversation yesterday, this is to request an extension of time in order to fully
respond to your letter of Oct. 1, 2019 requesting additional information regarding the NW permit request for the

above -referenced site. As you know, a wetlands delineation was completed at the site earlier this month by Pilot
Environmental and that a Corps field verification visit is scheduled for December 20, 2019. I have spoken with
Michael Brame and Alex Carter and believe we can fully respond to the items noted in your letter by Feb. 1,
2020. Given the late December field verification date and the immediate holiday season thereafter, we'll need
the next few weeks after the New Year to pull all of this together.

Ramey Properties has contracted us to assist with the PCN for the proposed High Knolls Subdivision in
Walkertown. Based on a review of your comments, a delineation and verification are required. We will
be mobilizing to the site next week to delineate the site and a verification package will be prepared and
submitted. Just wanted to keep you posted that the project is moving forward and let you know that we
