On 10/10/2019 I (Daniel Boss) met with Mark Jones and Daniel Jones for a follow up inspection of the
Brookside Village Condos WWTP. Mr. Jones has just recently taken over the facility and I was visiting
to learn his assessment of the facility.
Contrary to what I had been told by Juanita James and Shannon James during my last inspection of the
facility on 8/14/2019, the tertiary filters were not functioning at all and were simply being bypassed
according to Mark Jones. Mr. Jones said that none of the pumps were working for the tertiary filter
system.
Mr. Jones managed to locate the effluent pipe by using dye tabs. Lots of bamboo needed to be cleared
to access the effluent pipe and it was obvious that the right way to the outfall had not been maintained
by the previous management.
Mark has ordered the needed pumps and I will conduct another follow up inspection when the filters are
repaired.

The outfall was located by dye usage by Mr. Jones. The right of way to the outfall had clearly
not been maintained by previous management.
