*The permit for this facility was renewed on 1MAR17 and expires on 28FEB22. A copy of the permit
was presented for inspection. There are no special conditions related to this permit.
*Richard Philips is the ORC and holds a Biological WW Grade 2 license, and Jack Burner is the
BUORC and holds a Grade 1 Biological WW license.
*The effluent composite sampling is flow proportional. Influent sampling is not a requirement.
*The influent goes through 2 seperate bar screens before entering the flow equalization basin.
*The flow equalization basin appeared to be well operated and maintained.
*The aeration basin appeared to be well operated and maintained. The blowers are on a timer and are
set to turn off for 2 hours every morning.
*At the time of this inspection both clarifiers were clean and free of floating sludge.
*Sodium Bisulfite is being used for de-chorination.
*A new flow meter was installed and calibrated on 9SEP19.
*The effluent was clear on the day of this inspection.
*During this inspection the entire WWTP appeared to be very well operated and maintained.
