On October 15, 2019, Gary Hudson, of this office, met with Richard Philips, Operator in
Responsible Charge (ORC), and Jack Burner, Back-up Operator in Responsible Charge
(BORC) to perform a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the Abington wastewater
treatment plant. This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review
and an on-site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form
details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection.
