I talked to Phil and he said the loss was light, more turbidity than anything else. They had already replaced the silt bag by
the time he got down there but he had them add more stone underneath it. He also had them repair the silt fence and
add extra. He said the turbidity was less than a quarter of an inch. The NCDWR Project No is 20170636 Bridge 141 on SR
1004, WBS number for this project is 17BP.9.R.77, contract number DI00180. Thanks
