We need to change a portion of our impacts on this project from ‘temporary’ to ‘permanent’. We undercut the area to
place the sewer line and in order to stabilize it, the rock needs to stay in place. The area is already rocky and no
vegetation will grow there. The attached plan sheet shows the location and the text inside the yellow box reads
“embedded class II rip-rap est 65 tons”, which equals 38 linear feet. Can this email serve as notification or would you like
a written request for a permit modification? The NCDWR Project No is 20171338, Bridge 95 on SR 1100 Lasater Road, TIP
B-5152.
