At permit site #30, station 730+00 NB we had more than a 5-gallon bucket of sediment loss. The deepest pockets of loss are about 3-inches deep. Most of the sediment is contained in the ditch; however, there is sediment in front of the headwall but not inside the pipe. They are going to take care of the erosion control measures and clean up the non-jurisdictional areas, do you want them to clean the jurisdictional area as well? Please see the attached pictures.
