Reference is to DEQ letter requesting for Additional Information, dated October 5, 2019, Attached are
the followings:
1. 1 hard copies of Revised ATC Permit application
2. 2 Hard copies of Revised sealed plans PDF format
3. All other copies and information including $505 fees were included in the original submittal
• ATC permit application was revised to Correct receiving water on sheet #4
• Site plan sheets were revised to change slope to minimum 3:1 on ditches. Revisions also
include labeling grass ditches. Jute Matting is temporary measure for the grass to
establish on the ditches.
