in the construction of the Roberson Place Subdivision in downtown Carrboro, we have need to impact
wetlands in an unnamed creek running through our property. Total impacts are only 0.13 acres and a permit
has already been issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers. We intend to fill along 220 LF of creek bank,
install two FES and dissipater pads, and install a trash rack on the'outlet.
Attached find a copy of the wetlands delineated limits and the areas of impact highlighted in yellow,
together with a copy of the nationwide permit.
Please tell me what additional information you need, and what permits I must obtain or what
procedures I should follow with your office. Thank you for your cooperation.
