Dear Mr. Aiken,
I am in receipt of your letter outlining the Notice of Deficiency dated October 1, 2019. The area where
the bulk storage is located is in an enclosed building. As you can imagine we cannot build a concrete or
masonry secondary containment inside the building. We have however purchased a spill blocking dike
system that will contain 110% of the largest storage container. Our maintenance department will begin
installation of this system around all the tanks next week and I would anticipate completion by early
November barring any unforeseen delays.
I hope this will address all concerns in the Notice of Deficiency. If not, please let me know.
