Comment: I met with Div 11 DEO and assitant reaional enaineer to review Droiect and to discuss a Dotential Dermit
modification related to the relocation of a UT. The project was built per the plans along with the temporary
on -site detour. One of the stormwater outlet pads was to be reworked to better dissipate the discharge.
The pad was redesigned from the original to account for a lack of adequate space between the stream
channel and end of pipe. Regarding the modification, DOT proposes to leave the temporary pipe that
carries the UT under the driveway.
