S&ME, Inc. (S&ME) is submitting all monitoring and reporting requirements as specified in
the above referenced permit for the Town of Morehead City, North Carolina (Morehead City)
on behalf of Morehead City. S&ME compiled this report using data gathered during the
compliance year from Morehead City. This data includes: 1) Class A Annual Distribution of
-} Marketing / Surface Disposal Certification and Summary Form, 2) Annual Residual Sampling
Summary Form, 3) Annual Pathogen and Vector Attraction Reduction Form (02T), and 4)
Analytical Data.
Morehead City distributed a total of 17.78 Dry Tons of residual solids during the 2014
calendar year.
