The Division received requests to remit penalties in the following enforcement cases:
LV-2017-0096 [received by permittee on 4/7/2017]
LV-2017-0119 [received by permittee on 4/13/2017]
Once an enforcement has been received by the permittee, the permittee or his/her Authorized Representative has 30
days to respond.
We received the penalty remission requests on 5/19/2017, after the deadline for responses in both cases [5/7/2017 and
5/13/2017, respectively].
The Division cannot accept the remission requests. Please remit the penalties and associated costs in full, as soon as
possible. Unpaid penalties will be forwarded to the Attorney General's Office for collection.
