Dear Mr. Gangle:
On October 17, 2018, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application dated
October 12, 2018 requesting modifications to the Individual Water Quality Certification issued January
26, 2018 for the subject project. On October 3, 2019, the Division received a request from you to
voluntarily withdraw the application. This letter acknowledges your request; therefore, your application
is withdrawn.
Please be aware that you have no authorization for the requested modifications under Section 401 of
the Clean Water Act or the Neuse or Tar -Pamlico Buffer Rules and any work in the requested
modification done within waters of the State or riparian buffers may be a violation of North Carolina
General Statutes and Administrative Code.
