This letter is a follow-up of my October 11, 2001 letter on the referenced project which
transmitted three (3) copies of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Flow Study prepared by Rivers &
Associates, Inc. The study was in response to your May 8, 2001 letter to Ms. Carol C. Ipock of
the Town of Vanceboro.
In the study we concluded that the Town of Vanceboro's wastewater treatment plant can treat up
to 300,000 gallons per day average daily flow with no modifications. We therefore request that
the Town of Vanceboro NPDES permit be amended to 300,000 gallons per day flow as
stipulated in Section A(2) of their current permit.
