Thanks for updating me on the status of activities at the site. They have emptied most free water from the tanks and
plan to remove the rest along with the sludge, so they have no further need to discharge. We will prepare a letter to
terminate the permit per their request, and will cc: you and Corey when that goes out.

having the permit rescinded.
Their last sampling event was already reported and reviewed in July EDMR and there sludge removal process is going
