I am forwarding this request to Deborah Reese, who is our billing person. Deborah, can you provide Tyler with the
invoices for the outstanding payments?
Once these are paid, please send our Administrative Assistant, Suzanne McCoy confirmation of payment, and she can
manually renew this Certificate of Coverage. We will have to do that separately (it won't be available from the website
since the data were pulled when the GP became effective). She will then send out the renewal COC to the
permittee. Please also review the permit contacts and verify that everything is correct.

Hi Bethany,
I see on the website that the Valdese Weavers stormwater permit NCG170126 at 705 Lovelady Road was not
renewed. They will need for that to be renewed for coverage under the new permit. It appears that they have
some bills that have not been paid. I am not sure why this would have not been paid since they paid the fees for
the other three Valdese Weavers facilities. Please send the overdue bill(s) to me so that I can figure out what
happened and so we can get those paid. Once those are paid, will Valdese Weavers- Lovelady Rd. have
coverage under the new permit?
