Comment: I met with Div 11's DEO and reviewed three separate culverts (all one Droiect) all on the same secondar
road. Each were built per the plans, rip rap was placed accordingly and channel relocation was built
correctly. Special stilling basins at Sites 1 and 3 were placed on opposite side of stream banks (not per
the plans) to facilitate dewatering. These areas were repaired, matted and seeded. Placement per the
plans would not have been efficacious. Project looked good. May review again in late spring to review
vegetation.
