Comment: I reviewed 10 weeks worth of NPDES records on site with DOT's DEO and contractor. The projects was
mostly complete with minor seeding and clean-up left to do. All records were completed correctly with
weekly inspections noted. EC measures were still in place. SDOs were maintained.
