CBOD Qualifications: Glucose Glutamic Acid standard out of range: 12/4-6, 12/14, 12/17, 12/19, 12/21, 12/27-28, 12/31; Dilution Water depleted >0.20 mg/l: 12/3. CBODs on
12/4 were 6-day due to snow/hazardous driving conditions; Fecal Coliform on 12/12: no time out of incubation recorded; Ammonia: 12/5: NB Influent not preserved within 15
minutes (value used in TZO influent calculation for N113-N); City was closed due to inclement weather on 12/10. The TZ Osborne POTW recorded one monthly average flow
violation (42.1 MGD) due to record rainfall and snow events during the month.
