The TZO Lab continues to work on issues with the CBOD standard. CBOD Qualifications: Glucose Glutamic Acid standard out of range: 2/4-6, 2/8, 2/11-15, 2/19, 2/20, 2/22,
2/25-28. Dilution Water depleted >0.20 mg/1 on 2/15. Other Data Qualifications -Fecal Coliform: No time out of incubation recorded on 2/18.
The T. Z. Osborne POTW recorded one monthly average flow limit violation (42.3 MGD vs. limit of 40.0 MGD). A TZO staff investigation discovered an open valve at the old
Cone Mills water plant on March 7. It was corrected the same day. It appears —4 MGD of flow was being inadvertently discharged from Buffalo Lake/Cone water plant to the
sewer for suite some time. The TZO effluent flows have all been less than 40 MGD since March 7.
