Inspection Summary:
Then facility makes precast concrete road barriers. They currently have concrete delivered, but plan to install a concrete
batch plant for internal use. Based on the inspection we recomment coverage under NCG140000. Also, they have identified
one outfall on the NOI. This outfall is from their postconstruction stormwater basin. Once they have finished construction of
the batch plant a follow up inspection is recommended to confirm that all stormwater / process water is directed to outfall 1.
