The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until the following item is addressed: 1. Please clearly explain the nature of temporary wetland impact W1 (e.g. fill, excavation, draining, clearing, culvert, etc...). How will the wetland be restored to its original pre -construction function after the temporary impacts are no longer required? Note that the proposed wetland impact W1 area does not appear to be included in the Planting Plan (Sheet 3.0). [15A NCAC 02H .0506(c)] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned.
