The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until the following item is addressed: 1. Please clearly explain the nature of temporary wetland impact W1 (e.g. fill, excavation, draining, clearing, culvert, etc...). How will the wetland be restored to its original pre -construction function after the temporary impacts are no longer required? Note that the proposed wetland impact W1 area does not appear to be included in the Planting Plan (Sheet 3.0). [15A NCAC 02H .0506(c)] The temporary wetland impact (W1) will involve construction access and minor excavation and fill necessary for tie-in grading at the top of UT1 as it enters the wetland. Final grading will be done to closely match existing contours in the wetland and disturbed areas will be replanted with native wetland species. Sheet 3.0 of the plan set has bee updated to include wetland replanting information. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned.
