We received an email last week through the Town of Montreat from [e-mail] entitled, "Decision for
20191315 Ver 1 Greybeard Trail." Following the provided link, we found a staff report (attached). Per the report there
is a pending approval letter.

Can you tell me the status of the project review. If anyone is missing any needed information please let me know and I
will get this to you.
