Please confirm the correct legal name of the applicant. The application noted 'Waste Management' as the applicant. The NC Secretary of State's website has a listing of `Waste Management of the Carolinas, Inc'. Please provide the correct legal name. Also, John Workman, Senior Engineering Manager, signed for the applicant. Mr. Workman is not listed as an officer of the company on the NC Sec. of State website. Has he been delegated to sign for the applicant?
