The pre-bay that was approved by your office in 1991 has been built, however its location is in
conflict with the latest commercial development plans. As per our telephone conversation and
your request, we are sending John Dorney and yourself. maps showing the conflicts. We
understand you will discuss this matter with John Domey and then call us to schedule a site
meeting. The purpose of this site meeting will be to discuss options to solve the pre-bay and
commercial development conflict.
