Ms. Edwards,
Per our conversation of 8/12/05 the Town of Cary is withdrawing the PCN application submitted in
July for the Morrisville Parkway project due to various budgetary issues, envisioned
environmental impacts, and various engineering complexities. As we discussed, at this time we
are looking closely at the re-design and construction of retaining walls to minimize environmental
impacts, so hopefully in the not to distant future, we will be in a position to resubmit a fresh set of
drawings/application on the referenced project that shows less impacts than what we realized
initially.
