Hi Rachel and Robb
I submitted a NWP application for the Aaronfield at Old Folkstone project in Onslow County a few weeks ago. The
applicant recently revised their site plan to move the building shown at the front of the site to the back. They will need
to put a stormwater pond back here as well and plan to place another outfall pipe in the stream. Attached are the
revised site plan drawings. Wetland and open water impacts remain the same (0.003 ac and 0.01 ac respectively).
Stream impacts have increased to 42 LF.
Let me know if you have any questions or need additional info.
Thanks!
Kim

Hi Rachel
I forwarded your comment to the engineer. He said they initially planned to use retaining walls here, but recently
determined that it would be better to move building 2 to the back of the site. He is working on a revised plan right now
and should have something to me shortly. I'll forward it as soon as I get it.
Thanks!
Kim

Hey Kim,
I'm reviewing this application and had a question about the wetland area near the parking lots of Building 2 and the
Clubhouse. Will retaining walls be used in this location to prevent additional impacts to the wetland feature?
Thanks,
Rachel
