Hey Ryan,
As a follow-up to our site visit to Arrington Bridge Phase I, the following items need to be addressed:
• The map attached to this email shows where insufficient boundary markers and placards were
observed. Additional signs and markers need to be added, with photo documentation provided.
• Minor Encroachment along Arrington Bridge Rd was observed and is noted on the attached map. Additional
signs and markers are necessary along the road.
Mowing was observed within the fence -line along the Phase I Expansion site. The encroachment area was
between 5-10' and impacted 1 row of planted trees.
o Placards need to be added to the interior of fence posts, as currently they are located only on the
exterior side of the fence posts.
o Add additional fence posts and signage at location near the road where entrance into the easement is
currently accessible. See map attached.
Upon receiving clear documentation that the areas identified in the attached map have been sufficiently marked, DWR
will issue the final credit release.
