The monthly Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report for September 2019 consists of this cover letter
and the climate report from the Western Regional Climate Center for the month of September 2019.
Orange County is currently in Tier II monitoring for the facility due to high TSS. There was only one
significant rain event during the month of September 2019. Precipitation of 0.46 inches fell on Thursday,
September 5, 2019. This minor amount of precipitation was absorbed into the ground and therefore there
was no run-off to sample.
Orange County continues to monitor the installed BMP's that help to control the amount of onsite erosion
and subsequent discharge of contaminated water. This includes monitoring of the growth of our
vegetative cover and minimizing the amount of disturbed land. If you have any questions, please contact
