Dear Mr. Alsmeyer:
As agent for the permittee on the above-referenced site, we request that you
review the attached plans. These plans include some of the "road crossing"
portion of the authorizations provided in August 1993 (attached), and are for the
next phase of the project.
Note however that the design of the road crossing exceeds the 200 linear feet
condition of the COE authorization. The present plans now call for 328 linear feet
of 2 x 66-in. RCP, in addition to, and as an extension of, the previously
authorized crossing. This new configuration is for a subsequent phase of the
same project. This subsequent phase is entitled "Crossroads III".
We request that the prior authorization be amended to include this extension.
